Transfer to Material Instructions:
Carefully remove the textile/substrate from the heat press and allow it to cool
completely before peeling away the heat transfer. Only remove the transfer after it is absolutely cold and failure to do so will result in a faulty transfer. Then give your transfer a second press for another 15 seconds and its all complete.
YOU NEED TO USE A HEAT PRESS for a successful transfer. A house iron or Circuit press will not work for this process.
Pressing instructions:
First Press Time/Temp/Pressure
Cotton: 285-300F - 15 sec - med pressure
50/50: 285-300F - 15 sec - med pressure
Polyester: 285F - 15 sec - med pressure
To ensure washability and a matte finish, repress your textile/substate with a piece of parchment paper for 15 seconds and at the same temperature you used from the first press chart listed above
Care Instructions:
Cold wash on a delicate cycle. Use a low dryer setting or hang dry. Use a delicate detergent (All Free and Clear). Cover the heat transfer with a Teflon sheet while ironing. Do Not use fabric softener. We recommend hang drying (not required) to prolong the longevity of the transfer.
Storage Instructions:
Please store any unused transfers away from any dust, excessive heat or moisture. It is best to store them in a box or ziplock bag to prevent the transfers from getting bent or scratched.
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the nature of the product, we do not allow returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order! It is your responsibility to look over the prints before pressing.

When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece of product requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Order Fulfillment
We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.
